These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Life Organizer (https://life-organizer.com), a product of BillCore, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. By using Life Organizer, you agree to these Terms.
Life Organizer is a Progressive Web App that lets you organize personal, financial, legal, and legacy information into an encrypted workbook stored locally on your device. It is free to create and use for organizing your information. A one-time purchase unlocks encrypted backup, restore, and printable PDF export. There is no subscription and no recurring fee.
Important: Your workbook is encrypted on your device with a password only you know. We cannot access, view, recover, or restore your workbook contents or your password under any circumstances. If you lose your password and do not have an encrypted backup file, your data cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
You are solely responsible for remembering your workbook password and for maintaining your own backups. We strongly encourage you to create an encrypted backup regularly and store it somewhere safe.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Life Organizer for your own personal or household purposes. Upon completing the one-time purchase, this license does not expire and is not subject to recurring fees. It applies to your personal use of the application and does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the application itself.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The one-time purchase unlocks encrypted backup, restore, and printable PDF export permanently, in the browser where payment was completed (or on any device where you enter your license key or restore from a valid encrypted backup).

You agree not to use Life Organizer to store or process information in violation of applicable law, and not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
Life Organizer is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will never occur — including data loss resulting from a lost password, browser data being cleared, device failure, or similar circumstances. Life Organizer is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or estate planning advice, and nothing in the app should be relied upon as such.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillCore, LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use Life Organizer — including, without limitation, loss of access to your encrypted workbook due to a forgotten password. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update or modify Life Organizer and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using Life Organizer at any time and may permanently delete your locally stored workbook from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Life Organizer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.
